All of the following services are included in the agency fee:

Core Services

• Fertility clinic contract preparation
• Coordination between donor and parent legal teams
• Assistance in donor fertility clinic selection and communication
• Donor life insurance arrangements
• Donor travel arrangements
• Post-retrieval follow-up with donor, clinic, and parents
• Donor clinic and medical appointment coordination
• Donor psychological counseling arrangements (if needed)

Donors who have donated within the past year and have prior psychological approval are not required to repeat the evaluation.

• Post-cycle satisfaction follow-up with intended parents
• Cycle documentation and record keeping for intended parents

Additional Costs

Donor compensation $8,000 — $25,000 USD

The main factor influencing the total cost is the donor's compensation. Not all donors have the same price — the more times a donor has previously donated, the higher the compensation she requests. This does not reflect a difference in quality: all donors are equally selected. Intended parents have complete freedom to choose the donor that best fits their budget.

Donor complications insurance$350 USD

Travel expenses$1,000 — $7,000 USD

A prior assessment will be made based on the donor's country of origin and the clinic's location. We will always seek the most affordable option for the parents and the most comfortable one for the donor.

Legal feesINCLUDED

We provide attorney-reviewed contract templates. Parents are welcome to review these with their own attorney or we can provide ours and make any modifications they consider necessary.

Psychological evaluation$450 USD

Genetic evaluation$600 — $2,000 USD

Full medical evaluation$600 USD

Full medical evaluation includes: AMH test, FSH and LH, ultrasound with antral follicle count, and full STI panel per FDA/ASRM protocol.
